Week two of Kissena Royale brought out former world champion and American track legend Gill Hatton. The day was perfect, a sunny 55 degree afternoon with hardly a cloud in the sky. The group started with a 25 lap warm up followed by a history of the Keirin by the legend himself. Gil's stories and experiences are second to none. He shared his techniques with the students and rolled them out into a full day of simulated Keirins. There were over 30 riders in the clinic and the pack was split up into 3 groups. At the end of the day we did a 15 lap scratch race were the winner won a pair of the new H Plus Son TB14 Box rims. Brean Shea was the winner of the race, great job man!
Over all the day went perfect and everyone left stoked for opening weekend this saturday. Big thanks to Gil Hatton and to everyone who came out for the clinic, see you this Saturday!
