HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you see an item you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then click on “view cart” to conﬁrm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “checkout” to ﬁnish.

IS THERE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
You only need to pay sales tax (8.875%) if the delivery destination is in the New York State.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO WE USE?
For orders inside the contintental USA we use UPS, for international orders we use USPS. Please do not ask for us to ship any other shippers, we will not!
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
The shipping charges are calculated automatically once you go to the checkout page.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
You can track your order with the tracking number sent to you by UPS or USPS once the order has been processed and sent.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin to process your order. During this time, we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once your order is packed we are no longer able to modify your order. Please email us as soon as possible or call us to either add or remove an item from your order.
CaN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel that order.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE AT AFﬁNITYCYCLES.COM?
We do accept returns as long as the item is in its original packaging, the packaging cannot be torn, ripped or damaged in any way. Afﬁnity Cycles reserves the right to deny returns and will review each return on a per item or transaction basis. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for each return, and the customer must pay for all shipping fees which is incurred. In store exchanges are accepted but packages must be in its original condition, we do reserve the right to deny returns based on condition of the package and its contents.
