A full payment is required for orders. Frames are scheduled to be in stock by February 2009.

International orders will be quoted USPS Global priority shipping rates. All packages will be labeled as “Retail Purchase” and NOT as a gift under any circumstances. All purchases will be declared at its full value. The customer is responsible for paying all importing taxes or any other shipping duties or brokerage fees.

All shipping within the US are shipped via UPS ground by default.
All international shipping via USPS Priority Mail International.

We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Weekends, holidays and high volume online traffic may delay orders. We ask that U.S. customers allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery and that International customers allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery, after processing. International customers please also consider custom holds may delay your delivery.

By supplying your credit card information it is taken that you do indeed intend to purchase these items. The 30 percent pre order deposit will be charged within 24 hours of the purchase request. The remaining balance plus applicable shipping fees will be billed within 1-2 weeks prior to the shipping date. When we have definite confirmation that these items are in route to us, we will email or call to let you know that we intend to process your credit card.

Please note: You may cancel a pre-order if you so choose. However all cancelled pre-orders that have already been paid for are subject to a 20% processing fee.

We fully respect the privacy of your personal information. Payment information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, personal information, and shipping information will be on a protected server and processed through a largely used and respected merchant account service and or Paypal’s secure server.

All personal information given to Affinity Cycles while placing an order will only be used for the following reasons:

- Processing a purchase from our online store, fax order, phone order, or mail - in order
- Contact assistance on orders, back orders, or questions
- E-mail response/confirmation on orders and questions
- For the Affinity Cycles mailing list
- Product specials, promotions, online contest, or surveys
